The home page is the starting point. It shows the main collections by environment, featured resources, and the enzyme discovery workflow.

Search and filter datasets by ID, keyword, or environment. Each dataset page has the study summary, samples, genomes or gene resources, and Files & access information for download.

Collections group related datasets into larger catalogues, such as ocean or crop microbiome resources, so you can read the project as a whole instead of opening records one by one.

Start from a reference sequence and look for related enzymes in the integrated genomes. The workflow has three steps: sequence clustering, structure prediction, and structure clustering.
