Rice Spatio Temporal Atlas: from seed to seed

Rice Spatio Temporal Atlas (RSTA) is a comprehensive database of rice multi-omics resources. Five aspects of data were curated and provided for public use in RSTA: 1) A T2T genome with 40,155 annotated genes, 2) 851,725 high-quality single nuclei from 47 tissues, 3) 347,640 spatial bins across 43 samples, 4) Markers for 119 cell types, 133 subtypes and 5) Tools for genome visualization, BLAST analysis, and more. All the data resources stored in the RSTA are free accessible through web browser by the public. The RSTA is dedicated to facilitate the functional genomics research and genomic-designed breeding in rice.
